What does "your first 3 products are free" mean?
During setup, Central runs on up to 3 of your products for free, so you see real results on your own data before you choose a plan. A card is required to start.
Which features come with which plan?
Every plan can try every AI feature. Paid plans add channels, write-back to your shop or PIM, the API and webhooks, and differ by monthly tokens, projects, members, sources and token rate.
How are channels priced?
Each channel you publish to is a monthly add-on, priced by its active products. Writing and refreshing listings uses tokens. Write-back to your own shop or PIM is included.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
New runs need tokens. Buy extra tokens at your plan's rate, allow overage up to a budget you set, or move to a larger plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change your plan in the billing settings of your account.
