What counts as an active product?
Every product or variant live in the channel, across your projects. The band moves up as soon as you pass it and down at the next renewal. Above 50,000 products we agree a custom price.
Do I need an add-on for my own shop?
No. Write-back to Shopify, WooCommerce and Akeneo is included in every paid plan.
How do I keep channel spend predictable?
The add-on follows the number of active products in the channel. For tokens, choose refresh on request, so listings are rewritten only when you start a refresh.
Which plans can add channels?
Every paid plan. Free can try every AI feature but does not publish to channels. On Enterprise, channels are part of your contract.
