What cooks and channels check first.

Supplier files usually cover the title, color and EAN. These are the facts that decide which pot a cook picks.

Capacity and size

Capacity in liters for each stated size, never "family-sized", so buyers can compare pots like for like.

Material and coating

Body, coating and lid material, plus food-contact and PFAS statements when a source states them.

Cooktops and oven

Induction compatibility and the oven-safe limit for each part, from the pot to the knob.

Care and contents

Dishwasher guidance narrowed to the part, and what is in the box, the details buyers ask about before they order.

  1. Gather

Agents read the brand, the retailers and the reviews.

Central starts from your shop or supplier file, then researches the manufacturer page, specialist retailers and independent reviews for every pot, pan and appliance.

  2. Ground

Claims wait until a source proves them.

"Non-stick" or "professional-grade" stay out of your listings unless sources support them. Capacity conflicts go to your team with the evidence attached.

Instead of repeating the supplier's catalog copy word for word.

Questions from kitchen and cookware teams.

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

How does Central handle oven-safe limits?

It stores the limit for each part, such as the pot, the lid and the knob, with the source that states it. If no source gives a number, "oven-safe" is held for your team.

Do appliances get energy label data?

Yes. For appliances with an EU energy label, such as ovens, range hoods and dishwashers, Central reads the class and label data from EPREL.

What about dishwasher-safe claims?

Central narrows them to the parts a source confirms, such as the bowl but not the motor base, instead of publishing one blanket claim.
